1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post.

2. Withdrawal from Digital Content

Our products include digital comics and other digital content that are supplied electronically and are not provided on a physical data carrier.

When purchasing digital content, you may expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content before the expiry of the fourteen-day withdrawal period.

If you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory withdrawal right once supply begins, your right of withdrawal expires when the supply of the digital content begins, provided the other statutory requirements are fulfilled.

This means that, for example, if you purchase a digital comic and expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right, you cannot subsequently withdraw from the purchase merely because you have changed your mind after the download has been made available.

3. Withdrawal Before Digital Content Is Supplied

If you have not consented to immediate supply of the digital content, your statutory withdrawal right remains available in accordance with applicable law.

To exercise your withdrawal right, please contact us using the contact details above and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

The use of this form is optional. A consumer may also withdraw by sending another clear statement of their decision to withdraw. WKO notes that the statutory model withdrawal form should be made available to consumers.

5. Refunds

Where a valid withdrawal gives rise to a refund, we will reimburse the applicable payment in accordance with the statutory requirements and using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
